  153.    The use of iNTERNET Turbo« is subject to the following terms and conditions.

  156.    Title To The Licensed Software

  158.    Title to the licensed software is NOT transferred or sold to the end user.
  159.    The end user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the software
  160.    on a SINGLE computer or computer work station. EACH computer or computer
  161.    work station must have its own licensed copy of the software.

  164.    Copyright Protection

  166.    iNTERNET Turbo« is copyrighted material. It is protected by the copyright
  167.    laws of the United States, the State of California, and other proprietary
  168.    rights of ClasysÖ Ltd. You may not make any changes or modifications to
  169.    iNTERNET Turbo« or this manual. You may not de compile, disassemble, or
  170.    otherwise reverse-engineer the software in any way.

  172.    You may make copies of iNTERNET Turbo« only under the terms of the section
  173.    entitled "Limited License To Copy The Licensed Software".

  175.    You may use iNTERNET Turbo« on a thirty (30) day trial basis only, provided

  177.    copyright laws, and you agree to the terms of the license agreement.

  179.    required to purchase it by paying the registration fee.

  182.    Limited Warranty

  184.    ClasysÖ Ltd. does not warrant that the licensed software will meet your
  185.    requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted
  186.    or error free. The warranty does not cover any media or documentation
  187.    which has been subjected to damage or abuse by you or others.
  188.    The software warranty does not cover any copy of the licensed software
  189.    which has been altered or changed in any way. In other words, there is
  190.    no warranty either implied or expressed.

  230.    Limited License To Copy The Software

  232.    You are granted a limited license to copy iNTERNET Turbo« ONLY FOR THE TRIAL
  233.    USE OF OTHERS subject to the terms of this software license agreement
  234.    described herein, and that the conditions described below are met.

  236.      # No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or requested by
  237.        anyone without the express written permission of ClasysÖ Ltd.

  239.      # Public Domain Disk Vendors May NOT CHARGE a fee for iNTERNET Turbo«
  240.        itself. However you may include iNTERNET Turbo« on a diskette/CD-ROM for
  241.        which you charge a nominal distribution fee. The purchaser of said
  242.        diskette must be informed in advance that the fee paid to acquire the
  243.        diskette does NOT relieve said purchaser from paying the Registration
  244.        Fee for iNTERNET Turbo« if said purchaser uses iNTERNET Turbo«.

  246.      # The statement of shareware registration requirements MUST be
  247.        printed on a label, or other form, that is directly attached to
  248.        the distribution media.

  250.      # Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (SysOps) may post
  251.        iNTERNET Turbo« for downloading by their users without written permission
  252.        ONLY AS LONG AS THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE MET.  A fee may
  253.        be charged for access to the BBS AS LONG AS NO SPECIFIC FEE IS
  254.        CHARGED FOR DOWNLOADING iNTERNET Turbo« files without first
  255.        obtaining the express written permission from ClasysÖ Ltd. to charge
  256.        such a fee.

  259.    Evaluation and Registration

  261.    This is not free software. This license allows you to use this
  262.    software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30
  263.    days. If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period
  264.    a registration fee of 19US Dollars is required. Payment can be in
  265.    Cash, money order, checks. Payments can be in any currency.
  266.    Please try to pay in cash for small orders, if you are paying with checks
  267.    most of the money goes to the bank it self due to the bank commissions.
